The Power of Customer Immersion

I’m a big fan of using customer immersion sessions to inspire consumer-centred thinking in organisations. We might create some very engaging Powerpoint presentations about consumers, but let’s be honest, they don’t often lead to Road To Damascus moments.

Customer Immersion, on the other hand, does.
